The Viper is a Rare Ranged Weapon in Unturned 3. It uses the Viper Magazine, and comes with the Viper Iron Sights by default.

Acquirement:

France: It can be found at police locations, at the Satory Defense HQ, and as a rare drop from riot zombies.

Germany: It can be found in police locations such as police stations or Fernweh Prison.

Greece: It can be found in the bank in Farsala, or in the one in Trikala.

Hawaii: It can be found at the research facility in Holokai Harbor, the Ailani on the Aegis vessel, or at Mauna Kea in both the underground and surface research facilities.

PEI: It can be found in Carepackages.

Russia: It can be found in Bank vaults, the control tower at Shereyavo International and the American Spy Base. It can also be found in Carepackages.

Washington: It can be found at the Scorpion-7 facility and by the UFO.

Yukon: It can be found at Off Limits in the southwest corner of the map, and at the Overturned Ship in the northeast corner of the map and rarely in the dryer in the road in the middle of the map.

Trivia:

• The Viper is based on the MP5.
• Though not confirmed, the name of the weapon is most likely a reference to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. video game series, where MP5 is referred to as "Viper 5"
• Despite receiving no changes for version 3.18.15.0, the English.dat file was updated. It may have been considered to become a submachine gun.
