Unturned Bunker Wiki Staff are chosen on an as needed basis to help with community moderation and site maintenance.
Staff members have various tools at their disposal, depending on their role. While everyone has access to most features, staff members have the ability to use a few more additional features including moderation tools.
Ideally, Staff should not be considered "in charge". The ideal Staff is just trusted with a few extra tools to help benefit the wiki.
Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are responsible users who have the experience, and ability to be a leader of the community. They cannot be biased when making decisions, and work towards the betterment of the community.
A Bureaucrat is equal to other users, but also carry more responsibility than others, and have the permission of the community to make decisions for the community as a whole.
Bureaucrats have the following powers:
- The general moderation tools for articles, files, and blogs, alongside the respective deletion histories.
- Access to rollback.
- Access to protecting articles, and blocking IP addresses and accounts from editing.
- Moderation of comments, and the respective deletion histories.
- Management of the Forum, including Forum boards.
- Access to MediaWiki pages, including CSS and JS.
- Moderation of the Live! Chat, including blocking.

Administrators
Administrators are users who have a large set of administrative abilities, such as blocking, editing protected namespaces, usage of certain Special pages along with access to CSS and JavaScript pages.

Content Moderators are users who have partial administrative abilities, such as access to basic site moderation controls.
Content Moderators have the following powers:
- The general moderation tools for articles, files, and blogs, alongside the respective deletion histories.
- Moderation of comments, and the respective deletion histories.

Discussion Moderators
Discussion Moderators are users who have basic moderation permissions related to discussions, blogs, message walls and article comments.
Discussion Moderators have the following powers:
- Access to wiki admin tools via Special:AdminDashboard
- Creation of wiki-wide announcements
- Moderation tools for wall posts, article comments and blog posts.
- Moderation tools for Discussions.
