It should be noted that PEI's dawn and dusk used to look crummy, until July 11th. http://steamcommunity.com/games/304930/announcements/detail/47635655605765700

The image in question was uploaded on the 22nd, though, bit of a while to hold the image.

Canada's closest thing is the airport, but the Gas Tank is on the wrong side of the helipad, a mega zombie never spawned there, and the crash/rubble in the top right doesn't exist, there would be a hill there, or an airport tower, or a massive plane. Canada's military base has Desert HESCO practically on the fence.

For PEI, there was never just a raw metal fence surrounding Summerside, nor does the Airport match up either. Of course, PEI has gotten several edits over time, substantially more than Canada. But, as I said, Summerside never had a raw fence, and Canada's is impossible to get between, the HESCO is right on it.

PEI and Canada had their "thing" on March 21st, of 2015. After searching several update notes, I found that Canada was removed at least by July 7th, far before the 22nd.

What is it then? Well, as I said, PEI has had many updates over time. So, you may wonder, "Why is this important, hurry up ya' dunce!" Well, it's because of the original PEI, versus the current PEI. PEI used to have much more than the current version, such as a giant Stratford, and Scorpion-7. The vehicles at the crashed fence are destroyed desert vehicles, melded with the ground. While it is quite close to Washington's Scorpion-7 currently, the fence positioning is a bit off, you should see an actual hole. Meanwhile, the original PEI didn't have a crash... yet. As some of you may recall, a crash was later added to Scorpion-7, when Nelson made Scorpion-7 more worthwhile. Here's the patch notes.

What does this mean? It means that the image is from an old version of PEI, but not the first. Y'all welcome. http://steamcommunity.com/games/304930/announcements/detail/240160737675146083

And because of this, I am under the assumption that, by Merasmus' magic, nobody will kill me when I move the image.
