The Coalition is an international paramilitary peacekeeping organization created during the outbreak to provide shelter for refugees from the apocalypse and reclaim zombie infested lands.
Although it is currently unknown how many other bases they own, they have several members based in Russia on board the Liberator. They once had control over the Oil Rig in Russia, and the Coalition stronghold in Berlin, Germany. Some members are situated at the Unyielding HQ in Hawaii, the H.S. Cale in Ireland, The time traveling coalition members in the sunken freighter in Easter Island. Easter Island introduces Wendigo, a subdivision of the coalition, that was used as a special ops devision.

It is unknown who founded the Coalition, but the Coalition has worked directly with various governments in order to control the virus epidemic.

- Russia: Russia joined the Coalition after the outbreak of the virus grew into a full-scale epidemic. In Russia, the Coalition was in control of the Russian Oil Rig. By the time the Liberator had arrived at the shore of Russia, the Oil Rig, Volk Military Base, and the Coalition bunker were all overrun by zombies.
- Germany: It is unknown when Germany joined the Coalition, but the presence of the organization is much stronger in this region than in Russia. Block posts of the Coalition were placed around three major tunnels leading out of the country. In Germany, the Coalition had control over a Coalition stronghold in downtown Berlin, entrances to which were blocked off with heavy gates. The stronghold was overrun by zombies as result of sabotage performed by the mysterious Syndicate, tunnel block posts are believed to have been overrun soon after the central base of the Coalition in the Stronghold has fallen.

- Hawaii: One squad is stationed in Hawaii, assisting The Unyielding.
- Ireland: Its mostly unknown when Ireland joined the coalition but they joined some time after the fall of the Irish Government with the HS Cale stationed of the coast of Ireland. When the coalition was stationed of the coast of Ireland, a war broke out between the Coalition and the IFR. The coalition launched an attack from the H.S. Cale using landing craft and attacked the IFR controlled city of Belfast. During the battle an outbreak broke out and both forces were infected by the virus.
- Belgium: The only coalition presence here is the coalition ship The Liberator is heading to Belgium to pick up the survivors at Ridders Van Licht HQ.
- Easter Island: A time traveling freighter carrying Wendigo equipment sunk of the coast of Easter Island.
- Kuwait: The Coalition arrives with the Liberator to help out Concord and also to scope out resources like Oil.

- C-130: The Coalition utilizes C-130 cargo planes to drop Carepackages across nations.
- Fighter Jet: The Fighter Jet is used by the Coalition in Germany and Russia. In Russia, it can be acquired by The Player through completing the Top Gun quest aboard the Liberator.
- Aircraft Carrier: The Coalition in Russia possess an aircraft carrier known as the Liberator. It serves as the headquarters for the Coalition in the area. It was based near Germany before being off the coast of Russia, now its heading to Belgium.
- Military Ship: The Coalition in Ireland pocesses ships known as the H.S. Cale. It serves as the headquarters for the Coalition in the Area.
- Landing Craft: The Coalition in Ireland used landing craft to attack the IFR controlled city of Belfast departing from the H.S. Cale.

With each rank in the Coalition there is a different uniform that a member of the coalition will wear, each uniform corresponding with different ranks.
- Coalition Cap and the Coalition Bottom is given when you reach rank Ensign.
- Lieutenant Coalition Top, Major Coalition Top, Commander Coalition Top, and the Captain Coalition Top are worn at Lieutenant, Major, Commander, or Captain rank.
- Coalition Helmet and Coalition Vest is sometimes worn by the Coalition members in Russia, Germany, and Ireland
- Prisoners onboard the HS Cale in Ireland wear a blue jumpsuit with the coalition symbol on the side. Coalition Prisoner Top, Coalition Prisoner Bottom
- Coalition Bonnie is worn at hot climates like Kuwait with any uniform.
