Russia is a large-sized Official Survival map available in Unturned 3. It is located and based off of the country of Russia in the European federal districts—Central, Northwest, and Volga—and two Asian federal districts—Ural and Siberia. It is created by Nelson Sexton and in collaboration with Justin "Gamez2much" Morton, Mitch "Sketches" Wheaton, Alex "Rainz2much" Stoyanov, and Amanda "Mooki2much" Hubler. The map is apart of the base game and available on both PC and Console. There are currently one variants of Russia that exist: Festive Russia. Russia is one of five official maps in Unturned 3 along with Yukon, Washington, PEI, and Germany.

The map creators can be supported by purchasing the Russia Map Mystery Box.

• Russia was the first map not solely developed by Nelson. Contributors of the map include Gamez2much and Rain who worked on the map itself, and Sketches and Mooki2much for several vehicle and object models respectively.
• It is the only map where berry bushes cannot be found. However, Berries can be purchased at T.Rickster's Black Market Smuggling Vendor instead.
• Russia has the largest Deadzone Node, covering a large portion of the northern area of the map.
  • Russia has a large number of Fire Stations for a good supply of Gasmasks and Filters to compensate for this.
• Russia is, along with Yukon, one of the only maps with unobstructed train tracks, and thus one of the only two maps with a Cargo Train spawn.

Before the outbreak, Scorpion-7 bought an artifact from builders at Keryev for research overseas. The infection later arrived at the Shereyavo International via a cargo plane and subsequently spread to Moscow despite the efforts of airport security and the Russian military to contain it. The military attempted to launch the nuclear missile from Silo 22 at Moscow to contain the infection but it was sabotaged by a rogue general. Ultimately, the military ended up attempting to collapse tunnel entrances leading out of Russia to contain the spread of infection using the artillery train Ivan but were all wiped out. The Coalition's aircraft carrier Liberator arrived from Germany to the southeast after some time have passed.
