Stones are crafted from Rocks. They have a very diverse use in crafting.
Due to the fact that 3 Stones can be crafted from 1 Rock (which can be mined from Boulders), and the presence of many renewable Boulders in Unturned, Stones are a renewable resource that are quite easy to obtain if one has a Pick.
By crafting with a stone in the tool slot one can craft/crush any two Berries of the same variant into Crushed Berries, which are simple natural Medical Supplies with benefits ranging from 5% Healing to 20% Healing and sometimes even decreasing Sickness (as is the case with Crushed Pink Berries). Its to be noted that in the newer versions of unturned(3.0 and newer),rocks are unobtainable without commands.

- 4 Stones + 4 Sticks = Campfire. - Pre 3.0
- 2 Stones = Stone Plate (an important item for crafting Stone structures).
- 2 Stones + Campfire in the tool slot (done through standing near one) = Scrap Metal.
- 2 Berries + Stone in the tool slot = Crushed Berries.
- 1 Stone + 1 Board = Stone Support.
