The Racing Cart doesn't spawn in the map Elver, Racing Cart is only obtainable by using /Vehicle 57035 Command.

Appearance:

The Racing Cart uses the same model at the Cart. The Racing Cart cloth is a white color to it with double red stripes all across it. The Left side has a number 2, followed by two flags then a line of unreadable text. On the right side is more unreadable text and the Elver Flag.
