This is an example of a Gold Account's character customization.
Gold Accounts are achieved by donating/buying the DLC on Steam.
It is a one time payment of $5.00 US Dollars that will be permanent on the player's account.
Additions
Buying the gold upgrade will give you access to many options other free to play players can not access. The following are:
A golden name in chat, player list, etc.
More options to customize characters such as: More skin/hair colors and more types of faces/hair styles
A darker UI theme
Fancy Clothes
Access to Gold Servers, which provide the following:
Double EXP from zombies, animals, chopping down trees, etc.
More loot drops. These loot drops include a few vanity items ONLY accessible to gold members: shades, Fancy Suit, and the Fancy Jeans, Which makes you look like the man in the gold upgrade picture.
Interesting note: Under face options in the character creator, there is a face similiar to what the Anomoly (Entity) looks like.
