Painkillers is a Rare Medicine in Unturned in the map Arid.

When used, it restores the Player's Health by 10%, decreases the Player's Immunity by 3%, restores the Player's Stamina by 50%, and heals Broken Legs.

By each use, the amount is reduced by one until reach zero and drop nothing. Can be spawned as 5 amount (Medical Box) or 10 amount (Carepackage).

Acquirement:

Arid: The Painkillers spawns in Carepackage and Medical Box across the map.

• Painkillers + Empty Syringe (x10) = Morphine (x10)

Trivia

• Upon used, the Player will drop Painkillers with amount reduced by one, until reach zero and drop nothing.
