The O'Leary Prison is a Listed Location in Unturned 3 in the map PEI and it's variants PEI Arena, Halloween PEI, Festive PEI, and Space PEI.

O'Leary Prison is a island prison operated by the Royal Canadian Mountain Police, it's the only RCMP focus location and on of the five police locations on PEI, the others being Stratford, PEI, Charlottetown, PEI, Belfast Airport, PEI, and Confederation Bridge, PEI. It's located in the middle of the map on an island.
It's started with an open field with six acessable watch towers and a dock. Towards the south, there is a building which serves as a RCMP Office. The main compounded is partily fenced off with a main north entrence and a southern entrence through a hole in the fence. On the northern entrence there is a small recreational yard. In the main building, its a two story compound with almost every cell open accept one. Police Loot, Prison Loot, Milita Loot, and Food spawns here. The only vehicle that spawns here is the Police Launch which spawns on the docks.

- Some of the cells seem to have been broken into, and others seem to have been broken out of, others are still barricaded. It is unknown of whether this was due to the Infection or a planned escape (However the condition of the prisoners suggests the former).
- There is a hole in the outer wall of the prison, which is covered up with vines.
- This is the most common place for the Bluntforce to be found, other places are Police Stations, where the spawn rate is low.
- Due to prisoner clothing being so common here, it is an efficient source of cloth and subsequentially, bandages and bedrolls.
- The placable item Bars Fortification can be found rather frequently in the guard towers.
- O'Leary Prison, PEI used to be St. Peter's Island in Unturned Classic
- O'Leary Prison is named after the Town of O'Leary.
