It disappears from the players inventory when empty, and cannot be refilled by any means.

Acquirement:

France: It can be rarely found at Verdun Airbase, and spawns more commonly at Marseille and Flamanville Power.

Germany: It can be found at Military Locations as a part of the Special spawn-group.

Washington: It can spawn very rarely at Olympia Military Base.

Russia: Can rarely spawn at Volk Military Base and Silo 22.

PEI: Can Rarely spawn at Confederation Bridge and Summerside Military Base.
