The Mercenary Carrying Rig is a Rare Vest in Unturned 3. When equipped, it gives the Player an additional 10 slots (5x2) in the Inventory. It can be upgraded with Rig Cargo Pouches to further increase its carrying capacity.

Acquirement:

California: It can very rarely be found at Police Locations.
