The Maplestrike can be found at military locations such as Summerside Military Base, and at Confederation Bridge.

Advantages
- Iron sights are extremely versatile, as players are known to leave the gun and take the iron sights if no better scopes are available.
- Green parts help with grass camouflage.
- Allows use of all attachments, making it very versatile and customizable.
- Can use all three firing modes.
- Fast fire rate.
- Does moderately high damage per shot.
Disadvantages
- Loud when not silenced.
Repair
The Maplestrike can be repaired by using 4 Metal scraps and a Blowtorch. You need to have leveled the Mechanic skill to be able to repair the Maplestrike. After repairing, all metal scraps used in the repair will be consumed while the Blowtorch's durability will be reduced.

- The Maplestrike is named after the maple leaf appearing on the Canadian flag, as it is based on a Canadian-made assault rifle.
- The Maplestrike is based off the Canadian C7A2.
- It is the third gun to use the military magazines.
- Statwise, the Maplestrike is identical to the Eaglefire except for the lack of automatic fire mode in the Eaglefire, and that the Maplestrike has slightly worse range.
- Oddly enough, the description does not state its place of origin but rather describes it as a "Maplestrike" assault rifle.
- The Maplestrike, either in the early or later versions, is the most popular firearm in the game, second being the Timberwolf.
- It is arguably the best gun in the game due to it being very versatile.
