Kevin outside the fort
Kevin is a NPC survivor found in Jourdan's Fort on the France map. He wears a Red Plaid Shirt and Outfit Jeans, with a Heavy Crossbow on his back. He can be found on the front entrance of the fort. After completing Crossbow Enthusiast, he will sell you crossbow bolts for 15 experience each.
