Jack Fletcher is a NPC in Unturned 3. He is able to give 3 quests.
He can be found on France's Jourdan's Fort, where he is located at the rocks on the unlisted safezone.

- Smartphone Search: Jack asks you to retrieve his smartphone in a plane wreckage on the island of Guernsey. The plane wreckage is one of the Civilian Locations, and spawns Civilian Loot around the wreck.
- Fine American Cuisine: Jack is bored of the menu available that the chef makes, and asks you to get him a Pizza and Bottled Cola. It is important to note, the only way to get dough for the Pizza is through Chef Bastien as dough does not spawn in France.
- Battery Hunt: Jack remembers that the RULA Facility produced a solar charger, and figures that there might be a solar charger in the facility. He asks you to go look for one.

- According to Jack Fletcher, he ended up on the Island he is currently on as he was on a "business trip", and his plane crashed. The Soldiers evacuating from Marseille picked him up in a Maelstrom, then went to where they are currently.
- Jack Fletcher is a Rula Agent hinted with a Note named Rula Staff Log: Feb 22 stating that one of there agents transporting a Western Prototype was in a plane crash, the Prototype got destroyed and the agent disguised himself as a tourist, and this Western Prototype is mostly likely the Shadowstalker Mk. II. This is supported by the fact that when The Player asks about his reason of being in France, he only says that he is on a "...Business Trip..." and after completing the quest about the Solar Charger he ask what happen to the facility and you state what happen to it and is reaction having a pause.
- Jack’s outfit and name are similar to that of Jack Carver from the Far Cry series of games. Both have ties to some form of a military organization and both are on vacation/business trips when some form of a catastrophic event occurs, and both live in world containing a deadly virus(albeit Far Cry Jack is the only one to be “infected” with the feral serum).
- In Buak, A Scorpion-7 Scientist Named Boris Fletcher is Mentioned, And Was Sent to the PEI Branch. Jack and Boris Fletcher Might be Related or even the same person with Jack being a fake name. But this conflicts with Jack possibly being a RULA Agent.
