Halloween PEI is one of the official maps in Unturned. The map is the exact same design of the default PEI, except for being Halloween themed. Unlike Festive PEI, it has not been reimplemented into the game through the use of seasonal redirects.
It can still be found in the Extras folder in Unturned's game files.

- The water level in the map was drastically lowered from PEI's water level.
- The grass color has faded to a brown-yellow colour compared to PEI's grass colour.
- Pumpkins are found, commonly, around the map. Inducing the Halloween theme of this recreation.
- The Mega Zombie wears a Pumpkin on his head to induce the Halloween theme.
