It is a blue boat with four seats, a large searchlight atop the cabin, an open working deck at the stern, and a small deck at the bow of the ship.

Hawaii: The Fishing Boat may spawn off the coast of Holokai Harbor, Aouli Harbor, Keanu Resort, Kealani Resort, Kailua-Kona, Ano Resort, the island near The Akoni, and the small island east of Hookeai Raceway. It is the only vehicle that may spawn by the lower dock at Aouli Harbor.
