- Canada was removed for a multitude of reasons, soon after a poll between Canada or PEI had ended. Part of the reasoning is that it would not make sense with PEI and Yukon having their own maps, and because of the "backtracking-heavy layout".[1]
- Unlike the other real-world equivalents of locations on the map, Vancouver and Yellowknife are cities.
- Multiple towns were unfinished, and had much loot spawn on the streets. These towns were Quebec, Ontario, Yukon, Yellowknife, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
