The Desert Helmet is a rare type of headgear that can only be found in military locations. Like the Forest Helmet, it reduces the amount of damage taken towards headshots, making it one of the most desirable headwears for combat, especially the desert army set for extra camo.

- In real life, the Desert Helmet is used to blend the user in the desert and to protect the user from minimal damage from the arms to the head (ranging from 9mm rounds to 10mm.), however, there is a new version of this helmet that allows protection ranging from 9mm to 7.62x51mm.
- If the player is shot in the head but isn't hit in the helmet they will take full damage from the headshot.
