The Biohazard Hood is a Rare Mask in Unturned 3. It provides immunity to Deadzone Nodes for ~250 seconds (4 minutes 10 seconds) and is repaired with a Filter by holding it in hands and then pressing Primary Action LMB (Default Keybind), while the Biohazard Hood is still on.

PEI: The Biohazard Hood can be found by the Scorpion-7 sign in the wheatfield at Tignish Farm.

Washington: The Biohazard Hood can be found at Scorpion-7 and the UFO.

Hawaii: The Biohazard Hood can be found at Research Locations which include Observatory, Mauna Kea, and The Ailani.

Yukon: The Biohazard Hood can be found at Off Limits, the Overturned Ship, and the Crashed Skycrane.

Belgium: The Biohazard Hood can be found at Nulirane Research Centre.

Ireland: The Biohazard Hood can be found at Scorpion-7.

Rio de Janeiro: The Biohazard Hood can be found at ZPD Locations.

The Biohazard Hood is a Epic Mask in Unturned 3 in the map A6 Polaris which provides immunity to Deadzones for ~250 seconds (4 minutes 10 seconds) until its durability goes to 0%.

To repair it, a Filter must be changed by holding it in hands and then pressing your Primary Action Keybind ([Mouse #1] by default), while the Biohazard Hood is being worn.

The Biohazard Hood works identically to the Gasmask.

Trivia:

A6 Polaris is the only map with Biohazard Hood and Gasmask co-existing.
