It consists of a meeting building with a parking lot which has civilian grade loot, a downed Crashed Desert Huey with military grade loot, the UFO which can spawn prototype loot (Railguns) and civilian grade guns such as the Viper. Golfcarts spawn at the parking lot and on the course.
